Chobham CC - Return to cricket update

Chobham CC are pleased to announce that following a successful intra-club game to trial the new covid protocols last week and full schedule of junior matches this week, we will return to adult cricket this weekend with a 1st XI fixture v Star CC on Saturday from 2.30 and a Sunday XI fixture v Yarl CC (2.00 start). If anyone is feeling starved of cricket, we are also staging 2 U8 matches simultaneously from 9.00 am followed by an U-14 game from 11.00 a.m. prior to the 1st XI game on Saturday.

Next weekend sees the start of our adapted Fuller's Surrey County League programme in which we intend to field both 1st and 2nd XIs and a full programme of Sunday fixtures will run until mid/late September. Our incredibly strong junior section will be showcasing their talents most mid-week evenings.

We very much welcome members to the ground but would advise that owing to the challenges of complying with government guidance regarding re-opening hospitality facilities in a volunteer led environment, the pavilion is only open for toilet and first aid usage. Thanks to our new partnership with the White Hart, members can order drinks uisng the QR code on the table by the White Hart car-park and they will be delivered to the Club.
